Exhibit at the 8th Biennial Childhood Obesity Conference to highlight your organization’s programs and services!

2013 post-conference survey results revealed that nearly 90% of responding exhibitors believed the exhibitor fee was a good investment of their organization’s resources and 100% reported their organizations would consider exhibiting at future obesity conferences. Our exhibit floor represents a unique opportunity to showcase nutrition, physical activity and educational programs and products. Space is limited so reserve your booth today!

Exhibitor Guidelines

Exhibitor registration is $550 (Non-Profit) and $800 (Commercial) and includes admittance of one person to staff the exhibit, nametag, 10x10 booth space which includes one skirted 6’ table, two chairs, signage and all conference meals and materials. All additional exhibit staff who would like to attend the Conference must pay an attendee registration fee of $375 (January 1 to on or before May 29, 2015) or $400 (after May 29, 2015). A $127 charge will be incurred for electrical access. Electrical fees will be paid directly to GES, our official convention management company. On-site electrical access requests will not be accommodated.

Applications must be received by Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. (PST). Specific information on exhibiting will be distributed with letters of acceptance in mid-April.
